There's a new wine bar in town!
According to Eater, Pinkerton Wine Bar has opened on North 6th and Havemeyer in the space that once housed the underwhelming but affordable N.6. Right now they’re just serving wine and beer but hope to serve small plates in the future. 263 North 6th St. 718-782-7171.

Green Canteen on N. 6th closes →
They were only open for a few months. I guess the big rent and low traffic did them in. It’s a shame because I thought it was a good and cheap meal.
