Completely retarded real estate brokers are trying to draw people to the Broadway area of South Williamsburg. To do this, they are trying to market a new neighborhood name “BELT.” Below The Elevated Train. Yeah, BELT. This is the lamest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Renaming a neighborhood does not a DUMBO make. (Link)
Foodswings is for sale. A note from the owners: “After 4 & 1/2 years Lee & I have decided that we want to move on & do something else. It is not because Foodswings is failing or anything like that, We’re just ready to try something new. We don’t want to see Foodswings disappear.
