Completely retarded real estate brokers are trying to draw people to the Broadway area of South Williamsburg. To do this, they are trying to market a new neighborhood name “BELT.” Below The Elevated Train. Yeah, BELT. This is the lamest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Renaming a neighborhood does not a DUMBO make. (Link)
Foodswings is for sale. A note from the owners: “After 4 & 1/2 years Lee & I have decided that we want to move on & do something else. It is not because Foodswings is failing or anything like that, We’re just ready to try something new. We don’t want to see Foodswings disappear. We are hoping that someone out there wants to pick up the mantle.”
