What the hell is going on over at Zipi Zape? They’ve been closed since November and a few days ago they painted over their iconic comic strip decor. Is the restaurant going in a new direction? According to NY Mag, we know the chef Diego Gonzalez has been consulting at Bistrouge in the East Village.
